Return Eligibility

  • The item is unused, in its original condition, with tags, and in original packaging
  • You have a receipt or proof of purchase
  • You contact us before sending the item back

Important:
Please do not return items without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns or returns sent to third-party addresses will not be accepted or refunded.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return Process & Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the status. If approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days
  • Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the funds

Exchanges

Want to exchange your item? No problem! Contact us to start the exchange process. Once approved:

  • We’ll provide the return address and instructions
  • After inspecting your return, we’ll ship the replacement product

  • Return shipping costs are not covered
  • A 10% restocking fee may apply if the product is not returned in original condition
