Order Changes & Modifications
Need to make a change to your order? We’re happy to help — but time is of the essence.
- Modifications can only be made within 1 hour of placing your order.
- After this window, we begin processing, and changes (including cancellations) are no longer possible.
To avoid any issues, please double-check your order details before checkout. If you spot an error, contact us right away and we’ll do our best to accommodate it before the package ships.
Processing Times
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
- Orders placed before 12:00 PM (local time) are processed the same day.
- Orders after 12:00 PM are processed the next business day.
- We ship Monday through Friday (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Same-day shipping is not available at this time.
Please allow additional time during high-volume periods like holidays or sales.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. Delivery times vary based on your location and shipping method.
United States
- Standard (7–10 business days): $6.95 USD (Free on orders over $50)
- Expedited (5–8 business days): $8.95 USD
United Kingdom
- Standard (7–9 business days): £4.95 GBP (Free on orders over $50)
- Expedited (5–6 business days): £6.95 GBP
Rest of the World
- Standard (7–14 business days): $4.95 USD (Free on orders over $50)
- Priority (5–10 business days): $6.95 USD

Failed Deliveries & Returns to Sender
Please make sure your shipping address, contact info, and full name are correct at checkout.
- If a package is returned due to incorrect or incomplete information, we’ll contact you to arrange reshipment.
- Additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable once your order has been dispatched.
